Every roof is inspected on foot first. If it qualifies, we tune it up and apply the treatment, usually in a day. No tear-off, no dumpster, no noise.

Why replace before you need to?
Some roofs really are done. A lot of them are just dried out. The sun bakes the oils out of asphalt shingles, so they turn brittle and start shedding granules, and replacement follows. Roof Rejuvenate is a natural, corn-based oil that soaks in and puts those oils back, for a fraction of the cost of a new roof, about 15–20%. Every roof must qualify, and results depend on its condition. That's why we walk every roof first.

Built different

Roof Rejuvenate is a natural corn-oil formula made specifically for asphalt shingles: 95% USDA Certified Biobased, with no PFAS and no soy methyl ester. Made in the USA. It soaks in the way the original oils did, so there's no film to peel, flake or trap moisture.
Formula engineered by Colorbiotics, a Sika company. Sika has developed materials that bond, seal and protect buildings since 1910, in 103 countries.

The science, simply
An asphalt shingle stays flexible because of the oils in the asphalt. Every summer the sun cooks those oils out, so the shingle hardens and starts shedding granules. Rejuvenate puts oils back into the asphalt. It's maintenance, like conditioning leather before it cracks, not a new roof.
