Know which roofs need replacing, and which can wait.
One licensed contractor walks every building, photographs every roof and gives you a straight call on each: treat it, repair it, or replace it. For qualifying asphalt-shingle roofs, treatment typically costs about 15–20% of a new roof.

Licensed general contractor
Roof Rejuvenate Sacramento is a service of House on the Hill Construction, a licensed general contractor since 2014.
Visit House on the Hill ConstructionBuilding by building
A roof-condition survey for the whole property.
Start with the facts, building by building, before anything goes into the budget.
- Every building walked on foot, not judged from the ground
- A photo report for each roof: qualifies, repair first, or replace
- A one-page summary you can hand to owners or the board
- Repair and replacement estimates from the same licensed contractor when that's the right call
Capital planning
Fits a reserve plan.
Shingle roofs on the same property tend to age together, which can put a lot of replacements in the same budget year.
For roofs that qualify, treatment restores the oils the sun bakes out, for a fraction of replacement cost. That can help you spread replacements over later years instead of taking them all at once. Roofs that are done get an honest replace call.
A five-year transferable product warranty is available, subject to the current written terms, roof qualification, approved preparation and application, documentation, and registration.
Associations
For HOA boards.
- A 10-minute board presentationWhat we check, what qualifies, and what the survey report looks like.
- A community roof-check dayWe walk every roof that signs up and give each owner their own photo report.
- Who pays?In single-family HOAs the roof is usually each owner's; in condo and townhome communities it's usually the association's. We work either way.
- Architectural approvalWe'll provide product and warranty information if your architectural committee needs to review the treatment first.
On site
Easy on residents.
- No tear-off, no dumpster, no noise
- Usually about a day per building
- Landscaping and walkways protected during application
- Photos before and after every roof
What goes on your roof
Why corn, not soy?
Some roof treatments are made with soy methyl ester, the same compound sold as biodiesel and used as an industrial solvent. Look it up. Roof Rejuvenate takes a different approach: a natural corn-oil formula made for asphalt shingles, with no soy methyl ester, no PFAS, 95% USDA Certified Biobased, made in the USA.
