What roof restoration means here.

Asphalt shingles stay flexible because of the oils in the asphalt. Years of Sacramento Valley heat dry those oils out, and the shingles turn brittle and start shedding granules, often while the roof itself is still sound.

Roof restoration with Roof Rejuvenate puts oils back into the shingles. It soaks in rather than sitting on top, so it's not a paint, coating or sealant, and there's nothing to peel or flake. It restores the shingle, not a brand-new roof, and it only makes sense on a roof that qualifies.

A natural, corn-based oil rejuvenator with 95% USDA Certified Biobased Content. It is designed to penetrate aging asphalt shingles and replenish oils lost over time—an approach that is fundamentally different from painting or sealing the roof's surface.

A fraction of a new roof.

For a qualifying roof, restoration with Roof Rejuvenate typically costs about 15–20% of a new roof. We measure first and give you a firm number in writing. Actual cost depends on roof size, condition, pitch, access and any tune-up work.
